  Terms

  Please note that our products are natural and do not contain chemical preservatives. As such, the shelf life is not as long as with chemically-produced products. As with any natural products that are made with all-natural preservatives, YAROK items should be used within one year of ordering.

  Shipping

  Products usually ship within 4-6 business days of our receipt of your order, Monday through Friday. Currently, we ship throughout the U.S. and its territories by UPS. We will ship internationally if you first send us a message with your address and the products you wish to purchase. We will obtain an accurate shipping fee quote for your review.

  Refunds

  Due to the nature of hair products we cannot accept returns. Please be sure of your order and feel free to contact us with any questions or to obtain trial sizes before you commit to an order.
